The invention discloses an anti-skid fault handling method for an aircraft brake system, which comprises the following steps: when the aircraft brake system detects an anti-skid fault, an alarm lamp is lightening and fault information is uploaded to a fault information monitoring processor; then the brake pressure is released to the oil return pressure and maintained for 0.5 second, then 70% of the pressure corresponding to the instruction signal is applied and maintained for 0.5 second, and repeated release and application of the brake pressure are achieved; and finally, brake current is given according to 70% of the pressure corresponding to the instruction signal. After the anti-skid control fault is removed, the braking system restores the normal braking and anti-skid functions. On the premise that fault judgment logic is not affected, anti-skid fault treatment measures in brake anti-skid control software are optimized and improved, normal use and maintenance of a brake system are not affected, and the use reliability and safety of the brake system can be guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种飞机刹车系统防滑故障处置方法,当飞机刹车系统检测到防滑故障,点亮告警灯并上传故障信息到故障信息监控处理机;然后将刹车压力释放到回油压力并维持0.5秒,再施加指令信号对应压力的70%并维持0.5秒,达到刹车压力的反复释放和施加;最后按照指令信号对应压力的70%给定刹车电流。当防滑控制故障解除后,刹车系统恢复正常刹车及防滑功能。本发明在不影响故障判断逻辑的前提下,对刹车防滑控制软件中防滑故障处置措施进行优化改进,不影响刹车系统的正常使用及维护,并能够保证刹车系统使用的可靠性及安全性。
