The head lamp adjusting method comprises the following steps: acquiring a longitudinal deviation angle of a vehicle and an image of a lane line in front of the vehicle; calculating the curvature of the lane line according to the image of the lane line in front of the vehicle; and judging whether the longitudinal deviation angle of the vehicle is lower than a preset value or not, if the longitudinal deviation angle of the vehicle is lower than the preset value, adjusting a head lamp according to the curvature of a lane line, if not, judging whether the curvature of the lane line is consistent with the longitudinal deviation angle of the vehicle or not, if yes, not adjusting the head lamp, and if not, adjusting the head lamp till the curvature of the lane line is consistent with the longitudinal deviation angle of the vehicle. By means of the method, in the turning process of the vehicle, the angle of the head lamp can be adjusted in real time to provide optimal illumination, the user experience is improved, and meanwhile the safety in the driving process is improved.
