The invention discloses railway electric locomotive non-contact power transmission equipment which comprises an electric locomotive, an electromagnetic induction receiving unit is installed on the outer top of the electric locomotive, a carrier cable is laid on the electric locomotive along a railway, an electromagnetic induction transmitting unit is hoisted on the carrier cable, and the power supply coil of an electromagnetic induction emitting unit generates an alternating magnetic field. When the electric locomotive passes through the corresponding electromagnetic induction emitting unit, the pickup coil of the electromagnetic induction receiving unit generates induced electromotive force through induction, so that non-contact power supply for the electric locomotive is realized. The electromagnetic induction receiver can be effectively fixed to the top of the electric locomotive and coupled with the electromagnetic induction emitter hoisted on the carrier cable, power supply to the electric locomotive is achieved, and the whole equipment has the advantages of insulation, shock absorption and small wind resistance.
