The invention discloses an electro-hydraulic control balance system. The electro-hydraulic control balance system comprises a support and a one-way transmission structure, the support is rotatably provided with a driving wheel, two driven wheels and a transmission shaft, the two driven wheels are arranged to be unbalanced gears, the two driven wheels mesh with the driving wheel, and the one-way transmission structure is provided with a balance sensor. According to the electro-hydraulic control balance system, when the balance sensor detects that an external vehicle frame connected with the one-way transmission structure is in an unbalanced state, the one-way transmission structure is controlled to be connected with a transmission shaft, when the rotation direction of the transmission shaft is consistent with the vehicle frame balance recovery direction, the transmission shaft and the one-way transmission structure integrally rotate, when the rotating direction of the transmission shaft is inconsistent with the balance recovery direction of the vehicle frame, the transmission shaft independently rotates, and after the vehicle frame recovers the balance state, the transmission shaft and the one-way transmission structure are temporarily separated. Therefore, the structure of the electro-hydraulic control balance system is compact, the balance degree of the vehicle frame can be accurately detected by using the balance sensor, the electro-hydraulic control balance system is suitable for the field of balancers such as speedboats, automobiles, aerospace and the like, and the positive effect of stable work can be achieved.

    本发明公开了一种电液控制平衡系统,包括:支架,支架可转动地设有主动轮、两个从动轮和传动轴,两个从动轮设置为偏重齿轮,两个从动轮与主动轮相互啮合;单向传动结构,单向传动结构设有平衡传感器;本发明公开平衡传感器检测到与单向传动结构连接的外界车架处于不平衡状态时,控制单向传动结构与传动轴接合,传动轴转动的方向与车架恢复平衡方向一致时,传动轴和单向传动结构整体转动,传动轴转动的方向与车架恢复平衡方向不一致时,传动轴单独转动,车架恢复平衡状态后,传动轴和单向传动结构暂时分离。因此本发明结构紧凑,运用平衡传感器可精确检测车架的平衡程度,适用于快艇汽车航天航空等平衡器领域,并且能够产生工作稳定的积极效果。
