The invention discloses an automatic adjusting sliding block and an arm support with the automatic adjusting sliding block. The automatic adjusting sliding block is installed between an adjacent first arm section and second arm section on the arm support, the automatic adjusting sliding block comprises a bottom frame and a sliding block assembly, a cross shaft is arranged between the bottom frame and the sliding block assembly, the cross shaft is provided with two rotating shafts in different directions, the two rotating shafts are rotationally connected to the bottom frame and the sliding block assembly correspondingly, the bottom frame is used for being installed on the inner surface of the first arm section, and the sliding block assembly can slide relative to the outer surface of the second arm section. Therefore, the automatic adjusting sliding block capable of automatically adjusting the angle of the sliding block contact face according to the stress deformation and manufacturing error of the arm support is arranged between the two adjacent arm sections of the arm support, so that the sliding block contact face always keeps uniform stress, and the problem that local stress is too large is solved.
