The invention discloses a height-adjustable elevator car assembly which comprises a car frame and a car body, and the car frame comprises an upper cross beam, a lower cross beam and straight beams connected with the two ends of the upper cross beam and the two ends of the lower cross beam. The car body comprises a car roof, a car bottom and a car wall. Each straight beam comprises an upper beam and a lower beam which are vertically arranged, the upper beams and the lower beams are connected through telescopic adjusting mechanisms, and the distances between the upper beams and the lower beams can be adjusted through the telescopic adjusting mechanisms. The car wall comprises an upper car wall body and a lower car wall body, the car roof is connected with the upper end of the upper car wall body, and the car bottom is connected with the lower end of the lower car wall body. The sections of the upper car wall body and the lower car wall body are both in a C shape, and the upper car wall body is located on the inner side of the lower car wall body and is in clearance fit with the lower car wall body. The car body is located in the car frame, the upper car wall body is fixedly connected with the upper beams, the lower car wall body is fixedly connected with the lower beams, and the car bottom is fixedly connected with the lower beams.
