The anti-G suit device comprises an anti-G suit fabric structure, a plurality of PVC gel drivers, an acceleration sensor, a body surface pressure sensor, a power supply, a control module, an electric connecting wire and the like, wherein the plurality of PVC gel drivers are arranged on the inner side of the anti-G suit fabric structure in a circumferential array; the body surface pressure sensor is arranged on the contact surface of the inner side of an anti-G suit and a human body; the acceleration sensor senses a real-time acceleration signal and transmits the real-time acceleration signal to a controller through a wire; and a voltage and control module adjusts a voltage signal according to a preset proportion and outputs the voltage signal to the PVC gel drivers to quickly adjust pressure applied to the body surface, so blood flow is limited in a short time, the influence of acceleration on a vascular system is reduced, and the problems of response lag, wearing complexity and poor comfort of the existing anti-load equipment can be solved.
本发明公开了一种基于PVC凝胶驱动的抗荷服装置,包括抗荷服织物结构、多个PVC凝胶驱动器、加速度感器、体表压力传感器、电源及控制模块和电连接线等部分,多个PVC凝胶驱动器以周向阵列布置在抗荷服织物结构内侧;体表压力传感器布置在抗荷服内侧与人体接触表面;加速度传感器感知实时加速度信号,并通过导线传送至控制器,电压及控制模块根据预设比例调节电压信号输出至PVC凝胶驱动器快速调节施加在体表的压力,从而在短时间内限制血液流动,减少加速度对血管系统的影响,有助于解决目前抗荷设备响应滞后、穿戴复杂、舒适性差的问题。
