The invention discloses a cross beam structure for a seat of an electric automobile, belonging to the technical field of design and manufacturing of automobile internal structures. The cross beam structure comprises a cross beam arranged on a bottom plate, wherein the cross section projection of the beam is of an M-shaped structure; and the cross beam comprises a middle-section cross beam and also comprises a left-section cross beam and a right-section cross beam which are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the middle-section cross beam, and the left-section cross beam, the middle-section cross beam and the right-section cross beam are subjected to laser welding and then subjected to a thermal forming stamping process to form an integrated structure. According to the cross beam of the seat, the laser welding technology is adopted, the strength and thickness of materials can be reasonably combined according to the performance requirements of different areas, the number of parts is reduced by thickening local areas, material use is reduced to the maximum extent, and cost can be effectively reduced; and finally, the seat cross beam which is welded in a split mode is stamped into an integrated structure through the thermal forming technology, and the strength of the seat cross beam is further improved.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车座椅横梁结构,涉及汽车内部结构设计与制造的技术领域,包括设置在底板上的横梁,所述横梁的截面投影呈“M”型结构;所述横梁包括中段横梁和分别设置在所述中段横梁左右两侧的左段横梁、右段横梁,所述左段横梁、中段横梁和右段横梁通过激光焊接后再经过热成型冲压工艺形成一体式结构;本发明的座椅横梁采用激光焊接工艺,可根据不同区域的性能需要将材料的强度和厚度进行合理组合,通过局部区域加厚实现减少零件数量,最大程度地减少材料使用,可有效地降低成本;最后通过热成型技术将分体焊接的座椅横梁冲压为一体式结构,更进一步地提高了座椅横梁的强度。
