The invention discloses a new energy automobile charging gun locking mechanism. A controller (3), a voice device (6) and a large screen (7) are arranged on a power receiving assembly (1); the controller (5) is connected with the electronic locking mechanism (21), the button signal assembly (42), the voice device (6) and the large screen (7) through signal lines. The invention further discloses an unlocking control method of the locking mechanism. According to the technical scheme, the interlocking mechanism, voice prompt and large-screen display are added in an existing charging gun system, and the problems that the locking and unlocking states of an electronic lock and a mechanical lock of an existing charging gun are not clear, and the gun inserting and pulling experience of a user is poor are solved; meanwhile, a position judgment signal of the electronic lock is added, faults of the electronic lock can be detected, whether the electronic lock is stuck or stuck or not can be detected, and convenience is brought to maintenance.

    本发明公开了一种新能源汽车充电枪锁止机构,受电组件(1)上设置控制器(3)、语音器(6)及大屏(7);所述的控制器(5)通过信号线路分别与电子锁止机构(21)、按钮信号组件(42)、语音器(6)及大屏(7)连接。本发明还公开了该锁止机构的解锁控制方法。采用上述技术方案,在现有充电枪系统中增加互锁机构、语音提示及大屏显示,解决现有充电枪电子锁及机械锁锁止和解锁状态不清晰,以及用户插枪和拔枪体验差的问题;同时本发明增加电子锁的位置判断信号,能检测到电子锁故障,可检测电子锁是否卡滞或者卡死,为维修带来便捷。
