The invention relates to a closed-loop control device and method for an electric vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of new energy. The closed-loop control device comprises a power battery system, a high-voltage distribution box, a battery management system BMS, a driving motor, a motor controller MCU, a vehicle control unit VCU, a display instrument, a vehicle signal and a vehicle load, wherein the power battery system is a whole vehicle power source, and the total positive output and total negative output are connected with the high-voltage distribution box; the interior of the high-voltage distribution box is in parallel output through a connecting copper bar and is respectively connected with the motor controller MCU and a whole vehicle load through high voltage. According to the invention, the optimal control and management of the whole vehicle are achieved, the dynamic property requirement of the whole vehicle is met to the maximum extent, safe driving is guaranteed, information display and early warning are achieved based on man-machine interaction, sudden breakdown of the vehicle is avoided, meanwhile, safety management of a power battery system is achieved, and the service life of a battery is prolonged.

    本发明涉及一种电动汽车闭环控制装置和方法,属于新能源技术领域。该闭环控制装置包括动力电池系统、高压配电盒和电池管理系统BMS、驱动电机和电机控制器MCU、整车控制器VCU、显示仪表、车辆信号及整车负载;其中,动力电池系统为整车动力源,输出总正、总负与高压配电盒连接,高压配电盒内部通过连接铜排并联输出,分别与电机控制器MCU和整车负载通过高压连接;本发明实现整车最优化控制和管理,最大程度满足整车动力性需求,保障安全驾驶,基于人机交互,实现信息显示和预警,避免车辆突然抛锚,同时,实现动力电池系统的安全管理,延长电池寿命。
