The invention discloses an air traffic service safety rapid real-time detection system and method, and belongs to the technical field of air traffic services. The method comprises the steps that an acquisition module acquires flight plans of all aircrafts in the air traffic process and environment parameters corresponding to the plans, detects the flight states of the aircrafts in real time and carries out real-time monitoring; then the collected data is transmitted to the central processing unit; the analysis module compares and analyzes the air traffic real-time safety performance according to the real-time data and the historical flight data acquired by the acquisition module, and provides a conflict solution according to previous experience; and the alarm module sends alarm information and corresponding solutions to the aircraft and the operating platform when the analysis module analyzes that the flight danger exists, so that the flight danger can be avoided in time, and the purpose of safe flight is achieved. Therefore, flight safety is guaranteed by actively detecting the flight safety and prompting an aircraft operator to remove the danger.
