The lifting hydraulic control system comprises an oil inlet pipeline, an oil return pipeline, an oil inlet control valve group and an oil return control valve group, two ends of the oil return pipeline are separately used for communicating oil cavities in an oil tank and an oil cylinder, and two ends of the oil inlet pipeline are separately used for communicating oil cavities in the oil tank and the oil cylinder. The oil inlet control valve group is arranged on the oil inlet pipeline, and the oil return control valve group is arranged on the oil return pipeline.
