The sampling mechanism is installed at the bottom of the unmanned aerial vehicle, and when the unmanned aerial vehicle monitors that the air environment of a certain region is abnormal, soil and water sources of the region can be sampled and submitted for inspection through the sampling mechanism, so that comprehensive monitoring of the environment is achieved, analysis and treatment of environmental pollution are facilitated, and the environmental monitoring and treatment effect is improved; the sampling mechanism is detachably installed on the bottom face of the unmanned aerial vehicle through cooperation of the installation base and the installation box, when the unmanned aerial vehicle normally monitors the atmospheric environment, the sampling mechanism can be detached, so that the load of the unmanned aerial vehicle is reduced, the single-time endurance mileage and the monitoring range of the unmanned aerial vehicle can be increased, and when it is monitored that the environment of a certain region is abnormal, the sampling mechanism can be quickly added for further sampling detection.
