The invention belongs to the technical field of ship body molded line lofting and fairing, and discloses a lofting method for a stern molded line containing pod prosthesis which comprises the following steps: obtaining a fairing stern molded line graph according to an original ship body molded line graph; according to the original pod prosthesis design module, obtaining a theoretical pod prosthesis profile; covering the theoretical pod prosthesis molded line into the fairing stern molded line graph to obtain a space line, and fairing to obtain a boundary line; obtaining a shear pod prosthesis profile according to the boundary line and the theoretical pod prosthesis profile, and then performing fairing treatment to obtain a fairing pod prosthesis profile; obtaining a stern molded line without a pod prosthesis according to the boundary line and the fairing stern molded line; and splicing the fairing pod prosthesis molded line and the stern molded line without the pod prosthesis to obtain a stern molded line graph containing the pod prosthesis. The stern molded line and the pod prosthesis molded line are defined in a database for fairing treatment, so that ship design software can be adopted for fairing treatment, and the lofting efficiency of the pod prosthesis molded line is improved by determining a boundary line.
