The invention discloses a CBTC backup point type temporary speed limit method and system based on sections. The method comprises the following steps that an ATS issues temporary speed limit information to a ZC.DS; the ZC.DS converts the changed TSR information into TSR code bit information based on a section, and configures the TSR code bit information to a corresponding CBI; after the CBI receives the TSR code bit information setting command of the ZC.DS based on the section, the TSR information is updated, and the updated TSR code bit information based on the section is issued to an LEU; the LEU activates the temporary speed limit message content based on the section in the temporary speed limit message pool, and issues the temporary speed limit message to a corresponding European-style active transponder; the European-style active transponder sends the section-based temporary speed limit message to a vehicle-mounted VOBC of the passing train; and after the vehicle-mounted VOBC receives the message of the active transponder, the temporary speed limit information based on the section in the message is analyzed, and the running speed of the train is controlled according to the temporary speed limit information. The running speed of the backup point type train is greatly increased, and the running efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种基于区段的CBTC后备点式临时限速方法及系统,由ATS下发临时限速信息给ZC.DS;ZC.DS将变更后的TSR信息转换为基于区段的TSR码位信息,配置到对应的CBI;CBI接收到ZC.DS基于区段的TSR码位信息设置命令后,更新TSR信息,并将更新后基于区段的TSR码位信息下发给LEU;LEU激活临时限速报文池中对应基于区段的临时限速报文内容,并将该临时限速报文下发到对应的欧式有源应答器;欧式有源应答器将含基于区段临时限速报文发送给经过列车的车载VOBC;车载VOBC接收到有源应答器报文后,解析报文中基于区段的临时限速信息,并根据临时限速信息控制列车的运行速度。本发明大大提高了后备点式列车运行速度,提高运行效率。
