The invention discloses a platformization design method for a body structure of a pure electric vehicle, which comprises the following steps: S1, firstly, establishing a universal profile library through a profile section library, a profile material library and a profile performance library, establishing modularized data models of a front wall framework module, a rear wall framework module, a left side wall framework module, a right side wall framework module, a top cover framework module and a lower vehicle body framework module of the electric vehicle in the profile library; S2, on the basis of the six skeleton modules in the step S1, classifying joints for connecting the six skeleton modules, and establishing a universal skeleton joint library; and S3, assembling the six skeleton modules in the step S1, calling corresponding joints in the skeleton joint library for connection, and a basic vehicle type, namely a vehicle type A, can be achieved after assembly is completed. According to the platformization design method for the body structure of the pure electric vehicle, design can be guided from the early stage, development of serialization and generalization of products is facilitated, and the number and types of parts are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种纯电动车车身结构平台化设计方法,包括如下步骤:S1、首先通过型材断面库、型材材料库以及型材性能库建立通用化的型材库,并在型材库内建立电动车前围骨架模块、后围骨架模块、左侧围骨架模块、右侧围骨架模块、顶盖骨架模块、下车体骨架模块的模块化数据模型;S2、以步骤S1中的六大骨架模块为基础,将连接六大骨架模块的接头分类,建立通用化骨架接头库;S3、将步骤S1的六大骨架模块组装,并调用骨架接头库中相应接头进行连接,组装完必即可实现基础车型,即A车型。该纯电动车车身结构平台化设计方法,平台化的车身结构设计方法可以从前期就指导设计,有利于产品系列化、通用化的开展,减少零件数量及种类。
