The invention discloses a segmented hoisting tool for a volute of a vertical hydraulic turbine set and a using method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of hoisting mechanisms. The segmented hoisting tool for the volute of the vertical hydraulic turbine set comprises a fixing cross beam, a stand column, a suspension hoisting assembly and a transverse adjusting assembly, wherein the stand column is arranged on the fixing cross beam, the suspension hoisting assembly is arranged on a support, one end of the suspension hoisting assembly is movably connected with the stand column, the other end of the suspension hoisting assembly is provided with a height adjusting assembly, and the transverse adjusting assembly is arranged on the fixing cross beam. The suspension cross beam and the support can rotate by 360 degrees around the stand column, and the multi-angle hoisting construction requirement of the volute segments can be met; after one certain volute segment is assembled, the suspension hoisting assembly and the support rotate around the stand column by a certain angle, then hoisting work of the next volute segment can be started, and the volute assembling efficiency is greatly improved; and the height and the transverse position of the to-be-installed volute segments are adjusted through two chain hoists, the butt joint in-place efficiency of the to-be-installed volute segments is improved beneficially, and the to-be-installed volute segments and a seat ring are conveniently connected in a welded mode.

    本发明公开了一种立式水轮机组蜗壳分节吊装工装及其使用方法,属于起重机构技术领域。该工装包括固定横梁、立柱、悬吊组件和横向调节组件,所述立柱设在固定横梁上,所述悬吊组件设在支架上,所述悬吊组件的一端与立柱活动连接,另一端设有高度调节组件,所述横向调节组件设在固定横梁上。悬挂横梁和支架可以绕立柱三百六十度旋转,能够满足蜗节的多角度吊装施工需求;完成某一节段蜗节拼装后,使悬吊组件和支架绕立柱转动一定角度,即可开始下一节段蜗节的吊装工作,大大提高了蜗壳的拼装效率。通过两个手动葫芦调节待安装蜗节的高度及横向位置,有助于提高待安装蜗节的对接就位效率,方便将待安装蜗节与座环焊接连接。
