The invention discloses an elevator car static balance testing device which is characterized in that the elevator car static balance testing device comprises a cross beam, guide rails, a chain block and an adjusting mechanism. The chain block is installed in the middle of the cross beam, the two groups of guide rails comprise a fixed guide rail and a movable guide rail which are parallel to each other, and the left side of the cross beam is vertically connected with a vertical beam; the fixed guide rail is installed on the right side face of the vertical beam, the top of the fixed guide rail is perpendicularly connected with the bottom of the left side of the cross beam, the movable guide rail is arranged at the right side of the fixed guide rail, the movable guide rail is arranged below the cross beam, and the movable guide rail is installed on the adjusting mechanism; and the adjusting mechanism drives the movable guide rail to move left and right at the bottom of the cross beam. According to the elevator car static balance testing device, the detection efficiency and quality are improved, and the labor intensity of operators is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种电梯轿厢静平衡测试装置,其特征在于:包括横梁、导轨、拉链葫芦及调节机构,所述拉链葫芦安装于所述横梁的中部,所述导轨为两组,包括相互平行固定导轨及移动导轨,所述横梁的左侧与一竖梁垂直相连,所述固定导轨安装于所述竖梁的右侧面上,所述固定导轨的顶部与所述横梁的左侧底部垂直相连,所述移动导轨设置于所述固定导轨的右侧,且所述移动导轨设置于所述横梁下方,所述移动导轨安装于所述调节机构上,所述调节机构带动所述移动导轨在所述横梁的底部左右移动。本发明提高了检测效率及质量,降低了操作人员劳动强度。
