The invention relates to a self-adaptive deformation tire facing hillstone road sections and a control method thereof.The self-adaptive deformation tire comprises a tire tread, spokes and a hub, the middle of each spoke is provided with a through hole section, a resistance wire used for heating is arranged in a hole of each through hole section in a penetrating mode, and the two ends of each resistance wire are externally connected with a direct-current voltage-stabilized power supply; the spokes and the hub are made of resin materials with shape memory characteristics. The intelligent materials with shape memory characteristics are utilized, so that the tire structure is converted into another structural form based on thermal stimulation in-situ driving when passing through the hillstone road section, the tire deformation amount can be increased, a vehicle can smoothly pass through the hillstone road section, meanwhile, damage to the tire is reduced, and when the vehicle runs away from the hillstone road section, the vehicle tire structure restores to the original state based on thermal stimulation in-situ driving to improve vehicle speed and fuel economy.
本发明涉及一种面向山石路段的自适应变形轮胎及其控制方法,自适应变形轮胎,包括车轮胎面、辐条和轮毂,所述辐条中部设有通孔段,所述通孔段的孔内穿设有用于加热的电阻丝,所述电阻丝的两端外接直流稳压电源,所述辐条和轮毂材质为具有形状记忆特性的树脂材料。本发明利用具有形状记忆特性的智能材料,使轮胎结构在通过山石路段时基于热刺激原位驱动转变成为另外一种结构形式从而可以增大轮胎变形量,使车辆顺利通过山石路段,同时减小对轮胎的损伤,待车辆驶离山石路段时,车辆轮胎结构基于热刺激原位驱动恢复原始状态以提高车速与燃油经济性。
