The anti-corrosion process comprises the following steps that S1, the surface of the bracket is physically cleaned; S2, the surface of the bracket is chemically cleaned; S3, washing is conducted, the interior of the surface of the bracket is repeatedly washed through clear water; S4, surface treatment is conducted, and specifically, the surface of the bracket is subjected to sanding treatment through a sand mill, so that the surface roughness reaches Ra100; S5, coating powder treatment is carried out, and the surface of the bracket is coated with coating powder; S6, heat treatment is conducted, and specifically, the bracket is heated at the temperature of 1200-1500 DEG C, so that the coating powder on the surface is subjected to hot melting; S7, an elastic layer is pasted, and thermoplastic polyurethane elastic particles are connected to the exterior of the coating powder layer; S8, an anti-corrosion reinforcing layer is treated, and strip-shaped ABS plastic sheets are connected to the surfaces of the thermoplastic polyurethane elastic particles treated in the step S7 in a hot melting mode; and S9, hot melt adhesive treatment is conducted, specifically, the outer portion of the ABS plastic is coated with a layer of hot melt adhesive, and the thickness of the hot melt adhesive is 1-2 mm. The process can effectively realize corrosion prevention.
