The invention discloses a sector dynamic division method and relates to the technical field of civil aviation airspace sector division. According to the method, complexity of each sector is reduced while sector complexity is balanced; meanwhile, a sector edge is partially adjusted under the conditions that the airspace shape is not changed, the sector is in a convex edge shape, and the air route intersection point is not close to the sector edge; compared with a dynamic division method of merging and re-division, the method is advantaged in that sector adjustment is relatively small, and controller adaptability is higher; the method comprises the following steps that a regular hexagon network is established to obtain a central point of each regular hexagon; the vertex of the sector moves based on the central point of the regular hexagon so that complexity of the sector is changed; and a complexity value of each sector is recalculated for evaluation while moving so that a final result is obtained. According to the method, the sector edge adjustment range is narrowed, the adjustment time is shortened, and sector complexity is balanced more quickly.

    本发明公开了一种扇区动态划分方法,涉及民航空域扇区划分技术领域,本发明包括扇区动态划分方法;本发明以平衡扇区复杂度为目标的同时降低各扇区复杂度;同时要保证空域形状不变,扇区为凸边形,航路交叉点不临近扇区边缘等条件,对扇区边缘进行部分调整;相比于合并和重新划分的动态划分方法,本方法对扇区调整相对较小,管制员适应性更强;本发明通过建立正六边形网络,得到各正六边形的中心点;使扇区顶点基于正六边形中心点进行移动,进而改变扇区复杂度;并在移动的同时重新计算各扇区复杂度值进行评估,进而得到最终结果;本方法缩小了扇区边缘调整范围,缩短了调整时间,使扇区复杂度更快的达到均衡。
