The invention discloses a heavy-load AGV electrical control system and method, and the system comprises an environment sensing unit, a motion control unit, a data transmission unit, a man-machine interaction unit, and a PLC control unit ring, the environment sensing unit is used for obtaining the position information of a heavy-load AGV; the motion control unit is used for moving the position of the heavy-load AGV and adjusting the posture of the heavy-load AGV; the data transmission unit is used for data exchange between the touch all-in-one machine and the heavy-load AGV; the man-machine interaction unit is used for displaying the state information of the heavy-load AGV in real time and setting a task for the heavy-load AGV; the PLC control unit is used for carrying out communication scheduling processing on the environment sensing unit, the motion control unit, the data transmission unit and the man-machine interaction unit, unified scheduling coordination is carried out through the PLC control unit, all the units are independently controlled, meanwhile, each functional unit does not depend on other functional units, the effect of modular control can be achieved, and the convenience of subsequent upgrading and maintenance of the control system is greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种重载AGV电气控制系统及方法,包括:环境感知单元、运动控制单元、数传单元、人机交互单元和PLC控制单元环,其中,环境感知单元,用于获取重载AGV的位置信息;运动控制单元,用于移动重载AGV的位置和调整重载AGV的姿态;数传单元,用于触控一体机与重载AGV之间的数据交换;人机交互单元,用实时显示重载AGV状态信息,并为重载AGV设定任务;PLC控制单元,用于对环境感知单元、运动控制单元、数传单元和人机交互单元进行通讯调度处理本发明由该PLC控制单元进行统一调度协调,各个单元单独控制,同时每一个功能单元的对其他功能单元没有任何依赖,能够达到模块化控制的效果,极大地改善控制系统后续升级和维护的便捷性。
