A hanging basket working steel wire rope passes through a hanging basket elevator and is subjected to friction force, and the friction force is divided into two types, namely power and resistance. Whether a hanging basket ascends or descends, the friction force between the steel wire rope and a large rotating disc is power; and the friction force between the steel wire rope and a steel belt is resistance. Resistance is a direct reason for the rope stuck problem of the hanging basket elevator. The invention provides the hanging basket elevator. The hanging basket elevator structurally comprises a shell, a large rotating disc, a rope pressing wheel, a pulley block, a rope inlet pipe, a rope outlet pipe and a rope distributor. The steel belt is replaced by the pulley block, and sliding friction force between the steel wire rope and the steel belt is changed into rolling friction force between the steel wire rope and the pulley block, so that friction resistance borne by the steel wire rope is reduced. The friction resistance borne by the steel wire rope is reduced, the rope stuck probability of the hanging basket elevator can be greatly reduced, the working efficiency is improved, the economic loss is reduced, and the safety of outer wall construction through the hanging basket is improved.

    吊篮工作钢丝绳在吊篮提升机内穿行,要受到摩擦力作用,摩擦力分两种,动力和阻力。无论吊篮上升还是下降,钢丝绳与大转盘之间的摩擦力,为动力;钢丝绳与钢带之间的摩擦力,为阻力。阻力是造成吊篮提升机卡绳问题的直接原因。本发明提供一种吊篮提升机,其结构是由外壳,大转盘,压绳轮,滑轮组,进绳管,出绳管,分绳器构成。通过将钢带替换为滑轮组,把钢丝绳与钢带之间的滑动摩擦力,改变为钢丝绳与滑轮组之间的滚动摩擦力,以减小钢丝绳所受到的摩擦阻力。钢丝绳所受到的摩擦阻力减小,可以大大降低吊篮提升机的卡绳几率,提高工作效率,减少经济损失,增加吊篮外墙施工的安全性。
