The invention discloses an air conditioning system for a high-temperature continuous sterilization ship, which is characterized by comprising an air inlet comprehensive pipeline, a heating unit, a cooling unit, a refrigerating unit and an air supply comprehensive pipeline which are connected in sequence, wherein the air inlet comprehensive pipeline comprises a fresh air pipeline, an air return pipeline, a gas mixing cavity and an air inlet pipeline; the heating unit comprises a first-stage heater, a second-stage heater and a third-stage heater which are connected in sequence; a pipeline communicated with the outside is arranged between the second-stage heater and a temperature control regulating valve; the cooling unit is a cooling heat exchanger; the refrigerating unit comprises a refrigerating evaporator, a refrigerating compressor, a refrigerating condenser and a refrigerating expansion valve; a gas expansion valve is arranged between the cooling unit and the refrigerating unit; and the air supply comprehensive pipeline supplies air to each air-conditioning cabin on the ship. According to the scheme of the epidemic prevention air conditioner for the ship, high-temperature sterilization of air introduced from the outside and circulating air in a cabin can be achieved, and spread of air-borne diseases of a ship and an ocean engineering platform is restrained.
