The raft frame comprises a raft frame panel, a raft frame bottom plate, a plurality of raft frame longitudinal rib plates and a plurality of raft frame transverse rib plates, wherein the raft frame panel and the raft frame bottom plate are oppositely arranged, and a plurality of raft frame longitudinal rib plates and a plurality of raft frame transverse rib plates are respectively transversely and longitudinally arranged to jointly form a plurality of cell structures; at least one L-shaped continuation type structure is arranged in the raft frame transverse rib plate and/or the raft frame longitudinal rib plate, the L-shaped continuation type structure comprises a first connecting plate and a second connecting plate perpendicular to the first connecting plate, an upper end of the first connecting plate is connected with the raft frame transverse rib plate and/or the raft frame longitudinal rib plate, and a lower end of the second connecting plate is connected with the raft frame transverse rib plate and/or the raft frame longitudinal rib plate. According to the efficient vibration reduction raft frame based on the L-shaped continuation type structure, waveform conversion, scattering and reflection of vibration waves in the base are increased, the transfer impedance of the raft frame can be improved, and then the vibration isolation effect of a vibration isolation system is improved.
