The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle control, particularly provides a driving monitoring method and device, a medium and a vehicle, and aims to solve the problems of how to accurately analyze whether driving misoperation occurs or not and how to safely control vehicle driving. In order to achieve the purpose, the method comprises the steps of predicting a current driving intention of a driver according to vehicle environment information and driver state information, determining a safe driving behavior for achieving the current driving intention, predicting a safe motion state and a safe motion track of the vehicle according to the safe driving behavior, and according to the actual motion state and the safe motion state, judging whether driving misoperation exists or not; and if yes, alarming and/or controlling the vehicle to run according to the safe movement track. By comparing the actual motion state with the safe motion state, whether the driving misoperation exists or not can be accurately judged, the vehicle is controlled to run according to the safe motion trail, and the situation that the vehicle is out of control and driving accidents occur due to the fact that the driver cannot correct the misoperation in time can be avoided.

    本发明涉及车辆控制技术领域,具体提供一种行车监控方法、装置、介质及车辆,旨在解决如何准确地分析出是否发生驾驶误操作及如何安全地控制车辆行驶的问题。为此目的,本发明的方法包括根据车辆环境信息与驾驶员状态信息预测驾驶员的当前行车意图,确定实现当前行车意图的安全驾驶行为,根据安全驾驶行为预测车辆的安全运动状态和安全运动轨迹,根据实际运动状态与安全运动状态,判断是否存在驾驶误操作;若存在,则进行告警和/或控制车辆按照安全运动轨迹运行。通过比较实际运动状态与安全运动状态,可以准确地判断出是否存在驾驶误操作,而控制车辆按照安全运动轨迹运行,可以避免驾驶员无法及时纠正误操作导致车辆失控,发生行车事故。
