The invention provides an electronic mechanical brake device capable of achieving self-locking, and solves the problems that an existing electronic mechanical brake is complex in structure and low in sealing performance, and that the size is large when locking is achieved through a clutch. The device comprises a driving motor, a fixing sleeve, a planetary roller mechanism, a front shell, an output shaft and a damping reduction mechanism, wherein the front shell is connected with the front end of the fixing sleeve to form a sealing cavity, and the sealing cavity is filled with lubricating oil; the planetary roller mechanism comprises an input shaft, a roller frame and a plurality of planetary rollers; the input shaft is arranged in the sealing cavity, the rear end extends out of the sealing cavity and is connected with the driving motor, and the front end is provided with an external thread; the roller frame is arranged between the fixing sleeve and the input shaft, and the inner wall of the roller frame is fixedly connected with two positioning rings; the plurality of planetary rollers are connected to the two positioning rings; the rear end of the output shaft is fixedly connected with the roller frame, the front end of the output shaft extends out of the sealing cavity, and the output shaft and the input shaft are eccentrically arranged; and the damping reduction mechanism is used for reducing the front-back flowing resistance of lubricating oil or lubricating grease or gas in the sealing cavity.

    本发明提供了一种可实现自锁的电子机械制动装置,解决现有电子机械制动器结构较为复杂、密封性较低;以及通过离合器实现锁止,使体积较大的问题。装置包括驱动电机、固定套筒、行星滚柱机构、前壳体、输出轴和降阻尼机构,前壳体与固定套筒前端连接形成密封腔,密封腔灌装润滑油;行星滚柱机构包括输入轴、辊架及多个行星辊;输入轴设在密封腔内,后端伸出密封腔与驱动电机相连,其前端设有外螺纹;辊架设在固定套筒和输入轴之间,且辊架内壁固连有两个定位环;多个行星辊连接在两个定位环上;输出轴后端与辊架固连,前端伸出密封腔,输出轴与输入轴偏心设置;降阻尼机构用于降低润滑油或润滑脂或气体在密封腔内前后流动的阻力。
