The invention relates to a vehicle-mounted Ethernet touchbar device which comprises a core processor MTK2712S chip, a memory DDR3 chip, a memory Emmc chip, a dual-video coding serial TI941 chip and an Ethernet module DP83TC811 chip, the Ethernet module chip is connected with an entertainment sound system, data such as audio, video, map and the like of the entertainment system interact with the touchbar through an Ethernet transmission protocol, then data processing is performed through a touchbar core processor, the data and images are transmitted to the double-screen end through TI941 chip coding, decoding is performed through TI948, and finally displaying is performed through an incell screen to realize a man-machine interaction function.
