The invention discloses an overhead line obstacle clearing device and method based on deep learning, which are used for reducing the labor intensity and the working risk of first-aid repair personnel and realizing intelligent obstacle clearing of an overhead line. The device comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle, a steering engine holder, a cutter and a cloud server, the bottom of the unmanned aerial vehicle is fixedly connected with the steering engine holder, the bottom of the steering engine holder is connected with the cutter, and the cutter is composed of a small laser, a camera and an ultrasonic ranging module. The method comprises the following steps: S1, manually and remotely controlling the unmanned aerial vehicle to fly near a foreign matter; S2, enabling the unmanned aerial vehicle to move back and forth according to the actual distance; S3, obtaining a cutting path of the foreign matter adjacent to the wire side, and returning to the cutting starting point and the cutting ending point; S4, adjusting the cutting starting point to be located in the view center; S5, starting a laser and focusing; S6, enabling the cutter slowly to rotate from left to right, and starting cutting; and S7, enabling the unmanned aerial vehicle to judge whether cutting is completed or not, if cutting is not completed, repeating S3, S4, S5 and S6, and if cutting is completed, enabling the unmanned aerial vehicle autonomously to return to the take-off point along the original safe path.

    本发明公开了一种基于深度学习的架空线路清障装置及方法,用于降低抢修人员的劳动强度和工作风险,实现对架空线路的智能清障。该装置包括无人机、舵机云台、切割器、云服务器,所述无人机底部固定连接有舵机云台,所述舵机云台底部连接有切割器,所述切割器由小型激光器、摄像头、超声波测距模块。该方法包括:S1,人工遥控无人机飞到异物附近;S2,无人机根据实际距离前后移动;S3,获取异物邻近导线侧的切割路径,回传切割起始点、终止点;S4,调整切割起始点位于视野中心;S5,开启激光器并调焦;S6,切割器自左向右缓慢转动,开始切割;S7,无人机判断是否切割完成,若未完成切割,则重复S3、S4、S5、S6,若完成切割,沿原安全路径自主返航至起飞点。
