The invention discloses a self-suction sand dredger. The self-suction sand dredger comprises an adapter, a mortar pump and a circulating water tank, wherein the mortar pump and the circulating water tank are both arranged in a cabin of the sand dredger; a mortar pipe is arranged at the feeding end of the mortar pump, and the mortar pipe comprises a mixing pipeline and a sand inlet pipeline extending out of the bottom of the dredger; the discharging end of the mixing pipeline is connected with the feeding end of the mortar pump; the sand inlet pipeline is arranged on the side wall of the mixing pipeline and communicates with the mixing pipeline; the inner diameter of a water outlet end pipeline of the circulating water tank is greater than that of the mixing pipeline; one end of the adapter communicates with the water inlet end of the mixing pipeline, and the other end of the adapter communicates with the water outlet end of the water outlet end pipeline of the circulating water tank. The inner diameter of the mixing pipeline is set to be smaller than that of the water outlet end pipeline of the circulating water tank, and the mixing pipeline communicates with the water outlet end pipeline through the adapter. Therefore, when the liquid enters the mixing pipeline, the cross sectional area of the pipeline is reduced, so that the flow rate of the liquid is increased, the gravel sucked into the mixing pipeline can be quickly fed into the next process, and the condition that the pipeline is blocked by the gravel is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种自吸采沙船,包括转接头,以及均设置在采沙船船舱内的砂浆泵和循环水舱,砂浆泵的进料端处设置有砂浆管,砂浆管包括混料管道和伸出船底的进砂管道;混料管道的出料端连接砂浆泵的进料端,进砂管道设置在混料管道的侧壁上,并连通混料管道;循环水舱的出水端管道内径大于混料管道的内径;转接头的一端连通混料管道的进水端,转接头的另一端连通循环水舱出水端管道的出水端。本发明将混料管道的内径尺寸设置成小于循环水舱的出水端管道内径尺寸,并由转接头将两者连通。这样液体进到入混料管道时,会因管道横截面积的减小,进而提高的液体流速,能够将抽吸进入混料管道中的砂石快速送入下一道工序,避免砂石堵塞管道情况的发生。
