The invention provides a pile head cutting, collecting and processing device. The device comprises a tractor provided with a cab and a carriage which are arranged at an interval; a clamping and hoisting mechanism which is arranged above the carriage; and a positioning and cutting mechanism which is arranged between the cab and the carriage. During cutting, the positioning and cutting mechanism moves forwards along with the tractor, so that a to-be-cut pile is gradually cut from the rear side of the to-be-cut pile until cutting is completed; after cutting is completed, a self-marked horizontal line, namely a cutting horizontal line, of the to-be-cut pile is divided into an upper part and a lower part, the upper part is a pile head, the pile head can be hoisted through the clamping and hoisting mechanism, so that the two procedures of pile head cutting and collecting can be carried out at the same time in a related mode, and the pile head cannot be collided or pressed, so that disqualification of pile heads caused by disturbance of vehicles to the pile heads is avoided, time-consuming, labor-consuming and low-efficiency treatment such as follow-up collection can be avoided, and the problems that existing pile heads are low in cutting efficiency and time-consuming and labor-consuming are solved.

    本发明提供了一种桩头切除收集处理装置,该装置包括:牵引车,设有间隔设置的驾驶室和车厢;夹持吊运机构,设置在所述车厢的上方;定位切除机构,设置在所述驾驶室和所述车厢之间。本发明在切割时定位切除机构随牵引车向前移动,以便自待切割桩的后侧逐步对待切割桩进行切割,直至切割完成;切割完成后,待切割桩自标记的水平线即切割水平线处分割为上下两部分,上部为桩头,可通过夹持吊运机构进行桩头的吊运,以便使得桩头切割和收集两道工序关联性同时进行,不会造成桩头撞到或压到,避免车辆对桩头的扰动造成桩头质量不合格,且可避免后续收集等处理费时费力效率低,解决现有桩头切除效率低且费时费力的问题。
