Magnetic fields are generated around a coil by electrifying the coil wound on a U-shaped iron core, and the downward pulling force of the balancing weight on the iron chain is increased by utilizing the repulsive force of the magnet mounted on the balancing weight in the magnetic fields, so that the acting effect of the stabilizing assembly can be improved.
