The invention provides a tilting coaxial double-propeller multi-power duct manned aircraft which is a full-electric manned aircraft, a fly-by-wire control system is adopted in the aspect of flight control, and a flight control module autonomously controls three-pair six-engine coaxial double-propeller power ducts and control surface parts on wings. Through the control mode of combining rudder control and power duct tilting, flight mode conversion such as vertical take-off and landing and horizontal cruise under the unmanned condition is achieved. The manned aircraft is convenient and fast in flight mode conversion and stable in structure, combines the advantages of a fixed wing aircraft on the basis of a multi-duct propeller, has the vertical take-off and landing capacity and high cruising efficiency, is low in take-off and landing site requirement and has high advantages in the fields of low-altitude commuting, short-distance cargo delivery, vaccine transportation and distribution, disaster situation material guarantee and the like.
