The invention discloses a high-damping cylinder seat connecting structure. The high-damping cylinder seat connecting structure comprises a rubber damper, a damper mounting seat and screws; the damper mounting seat is L-shaped, one surface of the damper mounting seat is provided with through holes which are symmetrical along a central line, and screws penetrate through the through holes to fix the damper mounting seat on a connecting rod type cylinder seat of an airplane; the other surface of the damper mounting seat is parallel to the connecting rod hole wall of the connecting rod type cylinder seat, a through hole is formed in the center of the surface, one end of the rubber damper cylinder passes through the through hole, and the rubber damper is mounted and positioned in a gap between the damper mounting seat and the connecting rod hole wall of the connecting rod type cylinder seat; one end of the cylinder of the rubber damper extends out of the damper mounting seat by about 3-4mm, and the rubber damper is in direct contact and interference fit with the torsion arm of the undercarriage. According to the invention, through the provided motion resistance, a part of energy transmitted to the torque arm of the undercarriage is dissipated, so that the braking torque is slowly and stably transmitted to the torque arm of the undercarriage, and the shaking phenomenon of the undercarriage is eliminated and slowed down.

    本发明公开了一种高阻尼汽缸座连接结构,包括橡胶阻尼器、阻尼器安装座和螺钉;阻尼器安装座为L形,一面设置有沿中心线对称的通孔,螺钉穿过通孔将阻尼器安装座固定在飞机的连杆式汽缸座上;阻尼器安装座的另一面与连杆式汽缸座的连杆孔壁平行,并在此面的中心布置有通孔,橡胶阻尼器柱体一端通过该通孔,将橡胶阻尼器安装定位在阻尼器安装座与连杆式汽缸座的连杆孔壁之间的间隙中;橡胶阻尼器柱体一端伸出阻尼器安装座的高度约为3‑4毫米,橡胶阻尼器与起落架扭力臂直接接触并过盈配合。本发明通过提供的运动阻力,耗散掉一部分传递到起落架扭力臂上的能量,从而使刹车力矩缓慢且平稳的传递给起落架扭力臂,从而消除并减缓起落架抖动现象。
