The invention discloses a gearless differential power generation rear axle. A main generator (2) is fixed in the middle of a rear axle casing (1) and is movably connected with a left generator (17) and a right generator (3) through a motor shaft (4) and a bearing frame (13), inner rotors (5) of the left generator (17) and the right generator (3) are fixed at two ends of the motor shaft (4), magnetic blocks (6) are fixed on the outer peripheries of the inner rotors (5), the outer end of an outer rotor (7) is fixed in a casing (8), and the inner end of the outer rotor (7) is movably connected with the magnetic blocks (6) on the outer peripheries of the inner rotors (5). A power output end cover left wheel shaft (9) and a power output end cover right wheel shaft (21) are fixedly arranged at the two outer ends of the casing (8) through screws (16) and movably connected with the supporting baffles (10) at the two ends of a rear axle protection cylinder (1). Due to the fact that the main motor is adopted for fixed power generation, the inner rotors and the outer rotors of the left generator and the right generator rotate in the same direction to do work for power generation, the function of differential torsion of the rear axle is achieved through the power generation stage difference, torque is increased, multiple poles do work for power supply at the same time, the work efficiency is high, and the energy-saving effect is remarkable.

    本发明公开了一种无齿轮差速器发电后桥。其主发电机(2)固定在后桥护筒(1)内中部,且通过电机轴(4)、轴承架(13)和左发电机(17)及右发电机(3)活动连接,左发电机(17)和右发电机(3)的内转子(5)固定在电机轴(4)的两端,磁块(6)固定在内转子(5)外周边,外转子(7)外端固定在机壳(8)内,内端和内转子(5)外周边的磁块(6)活动连接,动力输出端盖左轮轴(9)和动力输出端盖右轮轴(21)用螺钉(16)固定设置在机壳(8)的两外端,且和后桥护筒(1)两端的支撑挡板(10)活动连接。由于本发明的采用了主电机固定发电,左、右发电机的内转子和外转子同向旋转做功发电,并利用发电级差实现后桥差别扭转的功能,而且扭矩增加,多极同时做功供电,做功效率高,节能效果显著。
