The invention discloses a cable-free welding-free shielding socket and a vehicle-mounted charger, the cable-free welding-free shielding socket comprises a head part, a flange plate, a tail part and a pair socket assembly, the head part is exposed out of a shell, the center of the head part is provided with a plurality of external pins, and the external pins can be plugged with an external plug; the flange plate can be fixedly connected with the shell. The tail part is provided with a plurality of inner pins, and the inner pins are connected with a socket assembly in an inserted mode. One end of the socket assembly is provided with a plurality of jacks which are plugged with the inner pins, the other end of the socket assembly is provided with a plurality of welding pins which are welded with a circuit board in the casing, and the jacks are electrically connected with the welding pins through copper bars; the outer pin and the inner pin are electrically connected through a copper bar, and the outer pin and the weld leg are arranged at an angle of 90 degrees; the socket assembly is welded on the circuit board, the socket assembly can vertically cover the upper portion of the inner pin together with the circuit board to be fixed, circuit communication between the electric equipment and the connector is achieved, and due to the fact that welding fixation is not needed between the plug and the socket, production cost is reduced, and production efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种无线缆免焊接的屏蔽插座以及车载充电机,包括头部、法兰盘、尾部、对插座组件,所述头部露在机壳的外部,其中心设有多个外插脚,可与外部的插头插接;所述法兰盘可与机壳固定连接;所述尾部设有多个内插脚,所述内插脚与对插座组件插接;所述插座组件一端设有多个与内插脚插接的插孔,另一端设有多个与机壳内部电路板焊接的焊脚,所述插孔与焊脚通过铜排电连接;所述外插脚和内插脚通过铜排电连接,外插脚和焊脚成90度排列;对插座组件焊接到电路板上,可将对插座组件随电路板一起垂直覆盖于内插脚上部固定,实现用电设备与连接器的电路连通,由于插头和插座之间无需采用焊接固定,从而减少了生产成本,提高了生产效率。
