The invention relates to a pedestrian crossing prediction method without signal lamp control. The pedestrian crossing prediction method is technically characterized by comprising the following steps: step 1, acquiring pedestrian and motor vehicle trajectory data at an intersection by using a data acquisition subsystem; step 2, using the model prediction subsystem to construct a GBDT prediction model, and using the GBDT prediction model to preliminarily predict the data acquired by the data acquisition subsystem; and step 3, optimizing the GBDT prediction model by using the model tuning subsystem and selecting an optimal parameter. According to the method, the GBDT technology is adopted, the function of predicting the pedestrian crossing behavior can be achieved according to track data collected in real time, the method can be applied to a vehicle-road cooperation scene in automatic driving, the function of predicting the pedestrian crossing behavior at the non-signal road intersection in real time is achieved, the vehicle speed is controlled, and better real-time decision making according to the road condition during operation of the automatic driving vehicle is facilitated.

    本发明涉及一种无信号灯控制下的行人过街预测方法,其技术特点是:步骤1、使用数据采集子系统采集路口行人、机动车轨迹数据;步骤2、使用模型预测子系统构建GBDT预测模型,使用GBDT预测模型对数据采集子系统采集的数据进行初步预测;步骤3、使用模型调优子系统对GBDT预测模型进行优化并选取最优参数。本发明采用GBDT技术,能够根据实时采集到的轨迹数据实现对行人过街行为的预测功能,本发明可应用于自动驾驶中的车路协同场景,实现对无信号道路交叉口行人过街行为的实时预判功能,对车辆速度进行控制,有助于自动驾驶车辆在运行时根据道路状况更好地实时决策。
