The invention discloses a synchronous driving mechanism for a lifting platform. The lifting platform comprises a rack, a platform body and a plurality of screws. The synchronous driving mechanism comprises a plurality of first transmission wheels sleeving the screws in a one-to-one correspondence mode respectively, a plurality of second transmission wheels, a transmission belt in transmission connection with the first transmission wheels and the second transmission wheels, and a driving assembly for driving the transmission belt to move, wherein the first transmission wheels define a polygon, and the second transmission wheels are located in the polygon. According to the synchronous driving mechanism, through the transmission cooperation of the first transmission wheels, the second transmission wheels and the driving assembly, synchronous lifting of all parts of the lifting platform can be effectively achieved, and potential safety hazards are eradicated; and meanwhile, the second transmission wheels can change the transmission direction of the transmission belt between every two adjacent first transmission wheels, the transmission angle between the transmission belt and the first transmission wheels is reduced, and the phenomena of looseness and tooth skipping between the transmission belt and the first transmission wheels are avoided.
