The invention relates to the field of coal mine underground lifting equipment, and particularly relates to a mining hydraulic arm frame type lifting device. The mining hydraulic arm frame type lifting device is suitable for mounting of middle grooves of scraper conveyors with various models and the lifting weight within 5 tons. The device comprises a chassis, a rotating cylinder, an arm extending cylinder, a lifting cylinder, a lifting arm, a lifting arm lifting cylinder, a walking cylinder, a tensioning cylinder, a walking tensioning device, a middle tensioning device and a lifting tensioning device; the walking cylinder is horizontally mounted in the chassis; the walking tensioning device is arranged below the tail part of the chassis; the middle tensioning device is mounted on the side surface of the middle part of the chassis; one end of an outer arm of the lifting arm is connected with a rotating base; one end of an inner arm of the lifting arm is inserted in the other end of the outer arm; a lifting pulley is mounted at the other end of the inner arm; and one end of the lifting arm lifting cylinder is hinged with the outer arm, and the other end of the lifting arm lifting cylinder is hinged with the rotating base. The mining hydraulic arm frame type lifting device realizes directional walking of the whole hydraulic lifting device in the middle grooves, and finishes the mounting work of the middle grooves through the lifting tensioning device, the lifting cylinder and the lifting arm.

    本发明涉及煤矿井下起吊设备领域,具体为一种矿用液压臂架式起吊装置,适用于起吊重量在5吨之内各种型号的刮板输送机中部槽安装。该装置包括底盘、旋转缸、伸臂缸、起吊缸、起吊臂、起吊臂升降缸、行走缸、涨紧缸、行走涨紧装置、中部涨紧装置、起吊涨紧装置,底盘中水平安装行走缸,底盘的尾部下方设置行走涨紧装置,底盘的中部侧面安装中部涨紧装置,起吊臂的外臂一端与旋转座连接,起吊臂的内臂一端插装于外臂的另一端,内臂的另一端安装起吊滑轮;起吊臂升降缸的一端与外臂铰接,起吊臂升降缸的另一端与旋转座铰接。本发明实现液压起吊装置整体在中部槽内定向行走,通过起吊涨紧装置、起吊缸、起吊臂完成中部槽的安装工作。
