The invention provides an electric automobile hub motor wireless electric energy transmission system based on an in-wheel coil structure; a power electronic module assembly of the transmission system is in signal connection with the receiving end of a magnetic coupling mechanism, and the receiving end of the magnetic coupling mechanism is directly connected to a bottom shell of an electric automobile hub motor; and the receiving end of the magnetic coupling mechanism is mounted below the transmitting end of the magnetic coupling mechanism, the power electronic module assembly is mounted on the periphery of a transmission shaft of the hub motor, and the transmitting end of the magnetic coupling mechanism is embedded and mounted on the surface of a road where an electric automobile runs. The technical problems that a magnetic coupling mechanism scheme in an existing scheme has serious limitation and low interoperability, and the application scene and the application range are narrow are solved. The arc-shaped magnetic coupling mechanism mounted below the electric automobile hub motor shell is adopted, the gap distance between the transmitting end and the receiving end of the magnetic coupling mechanism can be minimized, and the system can be expanded to be suitable for the static, quasi-dynamic and dynamic wireless electric energy power supply field, and has wide application prospects.
本发明提出一种基于轮内线圈结构的电动汽车轮毂电机无线电能传输系统,该传输系统的电力电子模块总成与磁耦合机构接收端信号连接,磁耦合机构接收端直接连接于电动汽车轮毂电机的底部外壳,磁耦合机构接收端安装于磁耦合机构发射端的下方,电力电子模块总成安装于轮毂电机的传动轴的外周,磁耦合机构发射端嵌入并安装于电动汽车所行驶的道路表面。解决了现有方案的磁耦合机构方案具有严重局限性和低互操作性,且应用场景和应用范围较窄的技术问题。本发明采用安装于电动汽车轮毂电机外壳下方的弧形磁耦合机构,可以使得磁耦合机构发射端和接收端间隙距离最小化,能够拓展适用于静态、准动态以及动态无线电能供电领域,具有广阔的应用前景。
