A closed gate is built every two hundred kilometers in a whole magnetic levitation pipeline, and a water pipe is welded every one hundred meters in the whole magnetic levitation pipeline to communicate with a water pipe outside the pipeline. A section of tubular high-quality air bag with the length of 80 meters is laid, the two ends of the tubular high-quality air bag are lengthened by 10 meters, the ends of the tubular high-quality air bag are clamped in preset clamping grooves through magnetic strips, the tubular high-quality air bag is tightly attached to the interior of a groove with the depth of 4 millimeters and the width of 1 meter, and the whole tubular high-quality air bag is flush with the bottom plane of a magnetic levitation pipe; and fasteners connected with snap rings of the water pipes are arranged in the middles of the tubular high-quality air bags, the fasteners are pressed down through gravity to tightly grasp the snap rings, and the snap rings are seamlessly connected with the fasteners through high-quality high-pressure sealing rings. All preparatory work is carried out, water is injected into the tubular air bags of the magnetic levitation pipes with the length of two hundred kilometers through ten water pumping and injecting stations at the same time, after the water injection amount is about 4,500 thousand cubic meters and the pressure reaches 0.15 MPa, air in the first magnetic levitation pipe is discharged, then water is injected into the tubular air bag of the adjacent second magnetic levitation pipe through a multi-stage water pump, and when the water pressure reaches 0.15 MPa, the air in the second magnetic levitation pipe is discharged; the two magnetic levitation pipes with the length of two hundred kilometers can be made into ultrahigh vacuum by repeating five times, and the air pressure in the pipes is one ten billion of the normal pressure; and if the residual air in each time is set to be one percent, the tubular air bags of the whole magnetic suspension pipes do not need to be detached and are left in the magnetic suspension pipeline after being used according to calculation, and if air leaks, the gates at two ends are closed, so that exhaust can be started at any time.

    将整条磁浮管道每两百公里建一道密闭闸门,在整条磁浮管道内每一百米焊一根水管与管外水管相通。铺一段八十米长的管状优质气囊两端各拉长十米用磁条将管状气囊的端部卡在预设的卡槽内,管状气囊紧贴在4毫米深一米宽的槽内,整个管状气囊平磁浮管底部平面,管状气囊的中央设与水管卡环联接的卡扣,经重力将卡扣压下抓紧卡环,用优质高压密闭圈将其无缝联接。弄好一切准备工作,经十个抽注水站向两百公里长的磁浮管的管状气囊同时注水,注水量大约是450万立方米,压力达0.15兆帕后,排出第一磁浮管里的空气,再将水用多级水泵注入相邻第二磁浮管道的管状气囊里,水压达0.15兆帕时,将第二磁浮管里的空气排出,这样反复五次就能将这两条两百公里的磁浮管道制成超高真空,管内的气压是常压的几百亿分之一,设每次余气是百分之一,经计算可得,整个磁浮管的管状气囊用后不必拆出,留在磁浮管道内,若有漏气,两端闸门一关,可随时启用排气。
