The invention provides a vacuum metal hose lifting appliance. The vacuum metal hose lifting appliance comprises a main beam, a plurality of groups of trundles arranged on the main beam in the first direction of the length of the main beam at intervals, and a fixing mechanism arranged on the main beam and used for fixing a vacuum metal hose to the main beam, wherein the main beam is provided with a plurality of supporting plates used for supporting the vacuum metal hose during hoisting and transferring operation, vertical plates are arranged between the supporting plates, and end hoisting holes and a center hoisting hole are further formed in the vertical plates; the lower portion of the main beam is used for being connected with the multiple groups of trundles, and rib plates are arranged at the positions where the multiple groups of trundles are connected with the main beam. The rib plates are provided with side lifting holes which are used as lifting points of the lifting appliances after the shackles are mounted; each group of trundles comprises a first trundle and a second trundle which are oppositely arranged on the two sides of the main beam in the width direction; and the vacuum metal hose is fixed by the fixing mechanism and then is suspended between the first trundle and the second trundle at the bottom end of the lower part of the main beam. The lifting appliance can avoid bearing concentrated load generated during lifting of a fiber lifting belt, so that the performance of the vacuum hose is intact.

    本发明提供的一种真空金属软管吊具包括:主梁、沿所述主梁长度的第一方向间隔设置于所述主梁的多组脚轮,以及设置于所述主梁用于将真空金属软管固定在所述主梁的固定机构;主梁具有用于吊装及转运作业时支撑真空金属软管的多个支板,各支板之间设有立板,立板上还设有端部吊孔和中心吊孔;主梁的下部用于与多组脚轮连接,且多组脚轮与主梁连接的位置设有筋板;筋板设有侧吊孔,用于安装卸扣后作为吊具的吊点;每组脚轮包括相对设置于主梁宽度方向两侧的第一脚轮和第二脚轮;真空金属软管被固定机构固定后悬挂于主梁下部底端的第一脚轮和第二脚轮之间。本发明的吊具可以避免承受纤维吊带吊装时产生的集中载荷,从而使真空软管性能完好。
