The invention provides a no-load elevator overload switch detection device based on electric driving, and relates to the technical field of detection equipment. The device comprises an acting plate, an electric clamping mechanism and a pressure sensor, the acting plate comprises a supporting plate and a stress plate, an overload switch is arranged between the supporting plate and the stress plate, two ends of the overload switch are respectively in contact with the supporting plate and the stress plate, the electric clamping mechanism can enable the stress plate to move towards the supporting plate, the pressure sensor is arranged between the electric clamping mechanism and the stress plate, and the pressure sensor is used for detecting the force applied by the electric clamping mechanism to the stress plate. According to the device, the problems that weights need to be carried during inspection of elevator overload switches, and time and labor are wasted are solved; an overload switch tester is connected through a guide rod so that the weight of the device is reduced to the maximum while the supporting force is ensured; and a servo motor adopts a speed control mode, the testing force of the pressure sensor is used as a feedback signal, a PID control algorithm is introduced into a feedback link, and the rotation speed of the servo motor can be automatically adjusted.

    本发明提供一种基于电动驱动的无载电梯超载开关检测装置,涉及检测设备技术领域,包括:作用板,作用板包括支撑板和受力板,超载开关设置于支撑板和受力板之间,超载开关的两端分别与支撑板和受力板相接触;电动夹紧机构,电动夹紧机构能够使和受力板向支撑板移动;压力传感器,电动夹紧机构与受力板之间设有压力传感器,压力传感器用于检测电动夹紧机构对受力板施加的力,本发明解决电梯超载开关检验需搬运砝码、费时费力问题;超载开关测试仪利用导向杆连接,保证支撑力的同时最大限度的减轻了设备的重量;伺服电机采用速度控制模式,将传压力感器测试的力作为反馈信号,反馈环节引入PID控制算法,可自行调节伺服电机旋转速度。
