本发明公开了一种基于二维码识别的电梯控制系统及其天线制作方法,属于电梯控制技术领域,其包括控制面板,所述控制面板的背面与支撑架的正面固定连接,所述控制面板正面的下方卡接有二维码识别模块。本发明中,通过对该控制系统安装完成后,控制面板受外力碰撞时,控制面板通过支撑架挤压挡板,连接板受力后可挤压若干个滑竿,多个滑竿带动顶板向前移动并且挤压若干个液压杆,通过缓冲垫与液压杆内部压力作用可对顶板进行支撑,同时多个弹簧在受压力后可有效起到阻尼作用,防止控制面板和支撑架震幅过大,有效起到减震缓冲的目的,且天线设置在控制系统内部,同时避免天线受损,防止该控制系统受碰撞出现故障造成无法使用。
