The bottoms of the shock absorbers are fixed to the shock absorber supporting legs through bolts, and the bottoms of the shock absorber supporting legs are fixed to the transport vehicle body through bolts. Two ends of the connecting rod are respectively connected with the heat collector support frame and the connecting rod support through pin shafts; the bottom of the connecting rod support is fixedly connected to the transport vehicle body through bolts. 本发明公开了一种槽式集热器运输车减震装置,包括:集热器支撑架及对称设置于两端的两个减震机构,每个减震机构包括止动板、橡胶垫、减震器、减震器支腿、连杆、连杆支撑、绑带固定耳、绑带,止动板固定设置在集热器支撑架的上表面,且在止动板的上表面固定连接橡胶垫,集热器支撑架的下表面与减震器的上表面采用螺栓固定连接;减震器的底部使用螺栓固定于减震器支腿,且减震器支腿的底部通过螺栓固定于运输车本体;连杆的两端分别通过销轴与集热器支撑架、连杆支撑连接;所述连杆支撑的底部通过螺栓固定连接于运输车本体上。本发明可实现减震作用,使集热器安全、稳定的运输至安装场地,具有防集热器变形、防倾覆、稳定的特点。
