The method for judging the abnormity of the train air conditioning refrigeration system based on the TCMS data specifically comprises the steps that 1, the TCMS data of a compartment y are periodically collected, temperature data in an automatic refrigeration mode in a refrigeration state are selected, and the preprocessing is carried out; 2, the duration of an abnormal event in the current period is calculated; 3, the frequency value of each abnormal event in the current period is calculated; 4, the cooling efficiency deviation degree of the compartment y is calculated; and 6, a polynomial model is established, fitting is conducted on the corresponding polynomial model through the cooling efficiency deviation degrees of the current period and N periods before the current period and the frequency value of occurrence of the abnormal event, and whether refrigeration of the air conditioning system of the compartment y in the n periods in the future is abnormal or not is judged according to the fitted polynomial model. The method for judging the abnormity of the train air conditioning refrigeration system based on the TCMS data has the advantages of being good in noise suppression, high in precision and good in stability.

    本发明公开了一种基于TCMS数据判断列车空调制冷系统异常的方法,具体为:步骤1:周期性采集车厢y的TCMS数据,选择制冷状态处于自动制冷模式下的温度数据,并进行预处理;步骤2:计算当前周期内异常事件持续的时间长度;步骤3:计算当前周期内每个异常事件发生的频率值;步骤4:计算车厢y的降温效率偏离度;步骤6:建立多项式模型,采用当前周期以及当前周期的前N个周期的降温效率偏离度和异常事件发生的频率值对相应的多项式模型进行拟合,并根据拟合后的多项式模型判断未来n个周期内车厢y的空调系统制冷是否会发生异常。本发明具有噪声抑制性好、精度高、稳定性好的优势。
