The invention discloses a method for inversely installing an elevator hoistway frame in a narrow hoistway. The method comprises the following steps of dividing the elevator hoistway frame in sections, machining and installing the elevator hoistway frame in an off-site processing factory, firstly installing bottom frame units in an elevator shaft, forming a platform by using the bottom frame units and floors, and providing a fast transport walkway for subsequent transfer of frame units; and in addition, the other frame units are installed in an inverted order. According to the method, the problems that in the narrow hoistway without supporting points, a traditional assembling method is adopted for an elevator main body frame, installation is slow, and efficiency is low are solved.
本发明公开了一种狭小井道内的电梯井道框架倒装方法,通过对电梯井道框架分段划分,电梯井道框架场外加工厂加工和安装,再在电梯井内先安装底部框架单元,利用底部框架单元与楼板形成平台,后续为框架单元转运提供快捷运送走道,另一方面,对于其余框架单元,采用倒序安装。本发明解决了提升机主体框架,在狭小且无支撑点的井道内,采用传统的装配方法存在安装慢、效率低的问题。
