The invention provides a system and a method for displaying the congestion condition of an elevator, which can easily grasp the congestion condition, such as waiting time of a landing, which is difficult to grasp in the prior art. In particular, it is possible to grasp a real congestion condition that is difficult to grasp only by an absolute congestion condition. In order to solve the above problem, the present invention is provided with a screen area (401) for comparing and displaying the number of users of an elevator of a company building and the number of users of a similar elevator, and a screen area (402) for displaying the relative congestion degree (relative evaluation congestion degree of the elevator per time period floor) of the elevator of the company building and the similar elevator. For a customer (1) or a technician (3), a relative congestion condition is presented in a graphical manner according to each comparison unit, such as date, time and floor, thereby easily grasping the congestion condition.
