The invention relates to a device for collecting hydraulic pressure and liquid demand data of an automobile brake system, and belongs to a data collecting device of the automobile brake system. The front end of the body is fixedly connected with an oil pipe connector, a normally-closed linear electromagnetic valve, a hydraulic sensor and a normally-closed electromagnetic valve are fixedly connected to the body, an exhaust screw is in threaded connection with the bottom of the normally-closed electromagnetic valve, a piston is in sliding connection with the interior of the body, the top of the piston is aligned with an oil outlet of the normally-closed linear electromagnetic valve, a limiting nut is fixedly connected into the body, a motor drives the rear end of a rack push rod, the middle of the rack push rod penetrates through the limiting nut, the front end of the rack push rod abuts against the rear end of the piston, and a displacement measuring device is fixed on the body. The device has the advantages that: the structure is novel, the displacement measuring device and the hydraulic sensor are used for accurately measuring hydraulic force and required liquid volume, the hydraulic sensor detects that the pressure is stable, a normally-open valve is closed, and the displacement measuring device measures moving displacement, so that accurate data can be provided for automobile brake control, and the brake performance and the brake comfort are improved.

    本发明涉及一种采集汽车制动系统液压与需液量数据的装置,属于汽车制动系统数据采集装置。本体的前端固定连接油管接头,常闭线性电磁阀、液压传感器、常闭电磁阀分别与本体固定连接,排气螺钉与常闭电磁阀底部螺纹连接,活塞与本体内部滑动连接,活塞的顶部与常闭线性电磁阀出油口对齐,限位螺母固定连接在本体内,电机驱动齿条推杆后端部,齿条推杆中部穿过限位螺母、前端与活塞后端顶接,位移测量装置固定本体上。优点是结构新颖,利用位移测量装置和液压传感器精确测量液压力与需液量体积,液压传感器检测到有压力平稳、常开阀关闭,位移测量装置测量移动位移,能给汽车制动控制提供准确的数据,从而提高制动性能和制动舒适性。
