The number of the charging stations is N, and the charging stations are distributed in an outdoor parking lot with large traffic flow and an underground parking lot of a large commercial district; and the voltage of the power supply network is a 220V alternating current, the power supply network is connected with each charging station, and the local area network module is used for connecting all charging stations in a city to the self-service cloud platform. A part of the 220 alternating current of a power supply network is converted into a 380 V direct current through the transformer, a user can freely choose to use a 220 V or 380 V voltage for charging during charging, the user can check whether an idle charging pile exists in the charging station or not in advance through the self-service cloud platform, the phenomenon of empty running is avoided, and the system is worthy of being vigorously popularized.
